Equipment type and group
For every examination choose the equipment type – electrical, pressure, lifting, gas – and its group. Regulations by country are prefilled and editable.
Inspections and tests
Inspection, test, both at once or an official test – each with its own interval in the plan and a reminder before it is due.
Report and inspector licence
Report number, standard, the inspector's licence number and the attached report; from pasted report text the portal suggests the number, dates and result.
Defects and lockout
Record defects found during the examination with severity; a critical defect takes the asset out of service until a work order resolves it.
Inspection contractors
Inspection providers with licence or accreditation validity, costs and number of jobs.
Reports and labels
Print the examination overview or save it as PDF; stick a SAFETY INSPECTION label with the next due date and a QR code directly on the equipment.
How it works
- Register the regulated equipment or import it from a spreadsheet (CSV, JSON, XML).
- Give each item a plan – inspection and test with the interval required by your regulations.
- After the examination record the result, report number, inspector licence and defects and attach the report.
- The next due date is calculated automatically – overdue and upcoming examinations are visible at a glance.
