Spare parts at hand – without downtime or excess stock
An overview of parts in stock, minimum stock levels, prices, locations and suppliers. Link parts to assets; parts used on work orders are issued from stock and added to costs automatically.
What the spare parts module offers
Parts catalogue
Part number, name, unit, price, storage location and supplier – clear and searchable.
Minimum stock
Set a minimum for every part. The portal alerts you when stock falls below it so you can reorder in time.
Receipts, issues and adjustments
Every stock movement is recorded – receipt from a supplier, issue, stocktaking adjustment – with date and note.
Parts per asset
Link parts to assets. On a work order you immediately see which parts fit the machine.
Consumption on work orders
A part used on the job is issued from stock and its price is added to the asset's maintenance or repair costs.
Suppliers
Part suppliers in the partner directory – with contacts, costs and job history.
How it works
- Create parts with price, location, supplier and minimum stock.
- Link them to the assets they are used on.
- Record receipts and issues right in the portal – stock levels are always current.
- Pick the parts used on a work order – stock and costs update themselves.
Sample data – contains no customer data.

Every module in every plan
Calibration, inspections, certificates, preventive maintenance, repairs, spare parts and work orders – all included in every plan. Plans differ only in the number of assets, users and storage; user roles decide who can access which module.
Your data secure in the cloud – download it any time
Your data is stored in the cloud in EU data centres (Microsoft Azure): encrypted HTTPS connection, each organization's data isolated directly in the database, role-based access, change history and backups. The data is yours – download any agenda at any time as CSV, JSON or XML, and the administrator can download the whole organization at once as a ZIP archive.
Pricing – every module in every plan
Calibration, inspections, certificates, preventive maintenance, repairs, spare parts and work orders are included in every plan. Plans differ only in scope – the number of assets, users, companies and storage. The price is per organization, not per user.
