Your own request types
Request types for companies, municipalities and schools are prefilled – set the handling deadline, approval and web availability yourself and add your own types.
Deadlines and overview
The deadline is prefilled by type. Tiles show overdue requests, those due within 3 days, those awaiting a decision and the average handling time.
Approve or reject
Decide on a request with one click; a rejection always has a reason. Every status change is recorded in the history, with internal notes.
Web form
Put the form link on your website. The requester enters name, address and contact, receives a request number and can print a confirmation.
GDPR by design
The form shows Art. 13 GDPR information with your details, collects only the data needed and anonymises requester data after the retention period.
Receipts
Print the receipt and the resolution of a request or save them as PDF straight from the browser.
How it works
- In the settings, review request types and deadlines and choose which requester contact is required.
- Record requests in the app or let people submit them through the web form – each gets a number ZIA-YYYY-NNNN.
- The handler takes the request, adds notes and resolves it with a reply or a decision.
- The overview watches deadlines, the history stays with the request and requester data are anonymised after the retention period.

Your data secure in the cloud – download it any time
Your data is stored in the cloud in EU data centres (Microsoft Azure): encrypted HTTPS connection, each organization's data isolated directly in the database, role-based access, change history and backups. The data is yours – download any agenda at any time as CSV, JSON or XML, and the administrator can download the whole organization at once as a ZIP archive.
