Every item with asset and serial number, category, department and custodian – hundreds of items at once via spreadsheet import.
Test due dates
A test plan with an interval by appliance class and environment. The portal reminds you before the due date and shows what is overdue.
QR tags
Print QR asset tags and SAFETY INSPECTION labels with the next due date. Scanning opens the item's card and history on a phone.
Tool loans
Who has which tool and until when – optionally signed on screen at hand-over and return. Return dates appear among due dates.
Failures and disposal
Mark a failed item with a defect and take it out of use; return it to service after repair or dispose of it with a report.
Stocktake by scanning
Run a physical stocktake by scanning QR codes with a phone – see at once what is missing or misplaced.

Your data secure in the cloud – download it any time
Your data is stored in the cloud in EU data centres (Microsoft Azure): encrypted HTTPS connection, each organization's data isolated directly in the database, role-based access, change history and backups. The data is yours – download any agenda at any time as CSV, JSON or XML, and the administrator can download the whole organization at once as a ZIP archive.
