Classify every instrument – legally controlled (verification), working (calibration), reference standard or indicator only. The portal distinguishes verification and calibration accordingly.
Validity and reminders
The next verification date is calculated from the last verification and the interval; the portal reminds you in advance and highlights overdue instruments.
Status at a glance
Valid, due soon, overdue, blocked, in calibration – see at once which instrument must not be used.
Verification certificates
Attach the verification certificate to the record; from pasted certificate text the portal suggests the number and dates. The certificates module also watches validity.
Verification bodies and laboratories
Notified bodies and calibration laboratories as partners with accreditation and its validity, verification costs.
Reports and labels
Print the instrument list with due dates or save it as PDF; stick a VERIFIED or CALIBRATED label with the next due date and a QR code on the instrument.

Your data is stored in the cloud in EU data centres (Microsoft Azure): encrypted HTTPS connection, each organization's data isolated directly in the database, role-based access, change history and backups. The data is yours – download any agenda at any time as CSV, JSON or XML, and the administrator can download the whole organization at once as a ZIP archive.
