Checklist templates for inspections and walkarounds. A failed item becomes a finding when the inspection is completed.
Findings and lockout
Findings with description and severity. A critical finding takes the asset out of service until it is resolved.
Standards by country
A list of standards and regulations – prefilled for Slovakia, Czechia and harmonised EN standards for other EU countries. Fully editable.
Inspection reports
Attach the inspection report to the asset and to the inspection itself. The portal recognises its number, dates and result from the text.
Inspectors and contractors
Inspection providers with licence or accreditation validity, costs and number of jobs.

- Assign the asset to a department and give it an inspection plan with an interval.
- The portal watches due dates – the dashboard shows what is overdue and what is coming up.
- Record the result with date, validity, findings and the attached inspection report.
- The next due date is calculated automatically; the whole history stays with the asset, ready for audits.
