An accounting book per asset with a method from the unified EU catalogue (Directive 2013/34/EU), useful life and net book value.
Depreciation groups by country
Group catalogue – statutory groups for Slovakia and Czechia, accounting groups for other countries. The group prefills the depreciation books.
Slovak tax depreciation
For Slovak companies, tax depreciation under Act 595/2003 – straight-line and accelerated.
Value changes
Improvements, impairments and revaluations with date and amount – depreciation is recalculated.
Disposal proposal and committee
Reason (end of life, damage, obsolescence, uneconomical, loss, theft, surplus), method (scrapping, sale, donation, transfer, return to lessor) and disposal committee members.
Disposal report and printouts
Report number, net book value at disposal, sale price, buyer, waste document and a printable disposal proposal for the committee.
How it works
- Assign a depreciation group to the asset – the portal prefills its depreciation books.
- Depreciation and net book value are calculated automatically; improvements adjust them.
- At end of life the portal reminds you and you prepare a disposal proposal with reason and method.
- The disposal committee approves it, you record the report – the asset stays in history as disposed.
